    Lovely mysterious scent!

    Cold, this candle smells just like I remember an old library in Oregon smelling, as I walked up to it. I could literally smell the books before I got in the door. I loved that smell, so this candle immediately took me back to that memory from long ago. Its a bit dusty, with a hint of floral, and musky. I love this candle and would buy again.

    Smells of Halloweens Long Ago

    This is one of my favorites though I rated it a four star because after it's lit the smell of books fades a tad though it is replaced with a strangely familiar scent that I can only describe as Halloween nights from the 80s. I hadn't smelled this scent in nigh on three decades, my mother had candles and decorations from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s throughout our house for Halloween holidays. A notable piece was this animatronic tabletop witch whose arms moved, one waved and the other lifted and lowered a light up skull. She was adorned in an orange and black dress and wore the usual pointed black hat witches are known for. This decoration carried the smell of this candle. She wasn't scented by the manufacturer, she seems to have acquired her scent through years of being next to numerous candles, some with smells, more without.

    The book smell is lovely when the candle is unlit and becomes something different when it melts under the flames. It's definitely a scent adventure full of nostalgia and fitting for the season.

    I had a feeling...

    This scent was going to be amazing and I bought two. Im so glad I did because I can tell it will be my new favorite. I may need to order a few more to make it through next year!!
