I ordered 10 candles, they arrived quickly unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email with pictures and customer service got back to me almost immediately. Within a few days I received a replacement. I started burning my candle on Monday and husband commented that you could really smell it. Very pleased can't wait to try my other scents.
