    The original candle I received came broken. After I contacted and spoke with a support team member named Beth she promptly helped me get a replacement and was very professional and friendly. She made the whole process very simple and was a very warm person with her entire demeanor and solidified why I will continue to be a loyal customer of goose Creek.
