Candle Therapy!
I’m a marriage therapist and a few years ago I started to embrace candles in my office. When trying to get someone into the present moment, I’ll have them ground themselves with things they can hear, things they can touch, things they can see, things they can taste, and things they can smell. This candle, the Cliffside Sea Spray candle, is one that I now make sure it being burned specifically for people that I know I’ll be helping ground. Because the smell is so refreshing, so full of hope, ambition, it’s the sea for Pete’s sake! :-) I now have clients walking into the office and you can see they start to create a relationship of hope with the smell. I highly recommend this candle for ALL occasions, and offices, not simply for bumping up your emotional baseline or saving a marriage!
